In this small hands-on workshop students will learn the basic principles of studio lighting by creating photographs as a group in RBA Creative's Laurel district studio. We will cover types of studio lights, setup, metering, color temperature/white balance, lighting ratios and light modifiers. We will set up and demonstrate some basic lighting setups with time for everyone to shoot in the studio. All images will be available for immediate review on a iMac display.
