When: Friday, February 12th
Where: Rock Wall Wine Company, Alameda
What: This Valentine's Day weekend, fall in love with urban wineries at Viva Amore, held at Rock Wall Wine Company. Enjoy breathtaking views of San Francisco as you sip on wine and dance to live music and DJ. Rock Wall Wine Company will transform their venue, which was once a hangar at the Alameda Naval Base, into a Valentine's day wonderland-- complete with sweets, romance, and the East Bay spirit!
Tickets to the event include 3 tastes of new wines—such as the 2014 Romancer, the 2015 Sparkling Grenache Rose, and the 2015 Sparkling Blanc De Blancs, all three of which are debuting that weekend. Sweets that are specifically chosen to be paired with them will be given to attendees as well.
The annual celebration offers activities in addition to alcohol. Attendees can enjoy a photo booth, massages, cheesy spreads, poetry, chocolate fountains, and henna tattoos. For the crafty and romantic, the event offers the opportunity to make a DIY love/appreciation card at the DIY Valentine station and arrange a bouquet for those who matter the most to you with the Dandelion Flower Shop. Everyone goes home with a beautiful souvenir wine glass and memories.
